Highland, Ind. Survivor Of Boston Marathon Bombing One Long Year Later
April 18, 2014
Beth Roche, the 60 year old Highland runner, was seriously injured during the blast at last year’s Boston Marathon. It has been a long recovery for Roche who said, when she sees the coverage of the anniversary, wanted to point out that it has not always been all smiles as she tries to come back.
The Boston Marathon will be held Monday. It has been a year since two bombs went off near the finish line, killing three people and injuring 260 people. Beth Roche was there, watching her daughter Rebecca.
