(AP) — For the second time in five days, the top two teams in the Central Division square off when St. Louis hosts Nashville. The Predators skated into the Gateway City Saturday night and ended St. Louis’ seven-game winning streak.

Nashville has won three straight and cling to a one-point lead over the Blues. Filip Forsberg has fueled the Predators recent success with goals in five consecutive games and 10 points in his last six.

Montreal hosts Boston in a showdown of Atlantic Division contenders. The Canadiens have also won three in a row, and goalie Carey Price has been a recent standout. He’s stopped 59 of the last 60 shots he’s faced in consecutive wins. The Bruins were humbled by Toronto last night, ending a five-game winning streak and leaving them within three points of second-place Montreal in the Atlantic Division.

There are nine games on the NHL schedule tonight.
