Emergency Solutions Grant Program Faces Cuts

June 17, 2013 – The Indiana Emergency Solution Grant, federal money aimed at helping the state’s homeless population, is facing a 23 percent cut due to the sequester.  As Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, the state had been expecting only a five percent cut:
