THIS SPECIAL EDITION of “MIDWEST BEAT with TOM LOUNGES” originally aired on October 11, 2013

To celebrate this weekend’s “21st Annual Elvis FANtasy Fest” at Woodland Park Plaza in Portage – Friday, October 11 thru Sunday, October 13 — this special edition of “MIDWEST BEAT with Tom Lounges” has been produced by show host Lounges to shine a spotlight on ELVIS PRESLEY, the musician and the humanitarian.

“Elvis FANtasy Fest” is a three day gathering of Elvis fans, folks to personally knew Elvis, and many Elvis tribute artists.  Proceeds from this annual event are donated to the Porter County Special Olympics organization in memory of Elvis.

This radio program will not only feature a mixed bag of classic Elvis songs – “American Trilogy,” “CC Rider,” “My Way,” and others – but will find Lounges chatting with two special guests — “Elvis FANtasy Fest” founder and producer KAY LIPPS and Elvis’ best friend and road manager JOE ESPOSITO.

Grab your seat and hold on tight, cuz the King of Rock ‘N’ Roll is going to get things all shook up tonight on “The Lakeshore.”
