Donnelly To Look At Case Involving Injured Guardsman

Sen Joe Donnelly filed his first bill as a US Senator, dealing with suicide in the military. He talked to Regionally Speaking Host Steve Walsh about veterans issues, including the case of Sgt. Doug Rachowicz of Munster, the only survivor in a blast that killed four local guardsman in Afghanistan, January 6, 2012. Rachowicz told the Lakeshore his last surgery has been delayed since September over issues involving the military insurance Tricare.
