September 3, 2014

This is a busy week for Indiana’s Right To Work Law. Supporters were dealt a blow yesterday in federal court but they get a second shot at the state Supreme Court tomorrow. We’ll break it down.

The Gary courthouse remains closed after a fire last week. We’ll find out when it’s likely to reopen and the county’s priorities for a $12 million bond issue.

Guests include:

Mike Repay, county commissioner president

Mark C. Serreze, Director, National Snow and Ice Data Center University of Colorado

Michael Dempsey, Indiana Department of Corrections Division of Youth Services Director

John T.L. Koenig, Partner  Barnes & Thornburg, Atlanta, GA
