Coat’s attacked President Barack Obama’s national health care law. He used the Republican rebuttal time to criticize the president and the plan.

The Obama Administration closed the Obamacare web site during the weekend to start repairing site problems that have prevented many healthcare plan enrollments since it launched October 1.
