Child Pornography Suspects Enter Not-Guilty Pleas
Two Gary residents await trial after pleading not-guilty to child pornography in federal court in Hammond.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says 39-year-old Christopher Bour and 24-year-old Natisha Hillard are being held in the Porter County jail. FBI Agent Matthew Chicantek and Michigan City police detective Matthew Barr led the multi-jurisdiction investigation following up on a tip by a woman who received a text from Bour.
The five-count federal indictment alleges Hillard sold her 18-month-old child for the production of child pornography and permitting the child to participate in the production of pornography. Bour’s charges involve purchase of a child for production of child pornography, pornography production and possession charges.
A May 13th trial date has been set.
