Part of a a conversation from Thursday’s Regionally Speaking.

It was announced late yesterday that The Arc of Northwest Indiana will shut down its 22 supervised living group homes and move more than 90 residents to other facilities. In recent weeks, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration became aware of health and safety issues.
