Attorney General Todd Rokita has launched lawsuits and investigations into alleged wrongdoing in the wake of Indiana’s disaster declaration. This comes as tens of thousands of people have now applied for state assistance as federal money starts to be approved.
Indiana will become the third state to end hospital diversion for EMS services because of overcrowding. Indiana health officials say the process poses a risk to patients.
