$100-Million-Plus State Surplus For FY2013

July 15, 2014 — Despite tax revenues that struggled for much of the fiscal year, Indiana closes its book with a surplus of more than 100 million dollars and reserves topping two billion.  But as Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Brandon Smith reports, Democrats say the state is hoarding money to make its bottom line look good:
